    Although RingCentral support is still monitoring we consider this issue resolved. If you are still having trouble messaging in the RingCentral app please let us know by emailing techsupport@kinexmedical.com.

    Although RingCentral has not yet updated their status page, Messaging seems to be working again. The issue may be intermittent and we will continue to monitor.
