RingCentral support is aware of the issue and working to restore service. The system should now be working for most if not all users, but we'll continue to monitor and will provide updates.

We are currently investigating this incident. At this time it appears that voice services are fully functional, but chat and presence information are offline. We'll update again once we have more information.

The Kinex IT staff are planning to shut down all internally hosted data systems from 7-11pm Central on Tues Feb 21. During this planned outage AppServer, E-mail, and remote VPN access will be inaccessible.

We will make every attempt to bring all systems back online as early as possible. No E-mails will be lost or rejected during this time and the phone system will still be operable. You can check our IT Systems Status Page for updates at https://kinex-medical.instatus.com/ .

This is being done to replace part of the power system in the Waukesha server room. If you have any questions or concerns about this down time please let us know.

This is a reminder that all Kinex IT systems will be going offline tomorrow night. We’d originally planned for a four hour downtime which we are now reducing to a two hour window from 7pm til 9pm Central.

We will be unable to complete the entire project in one evening, so another off-hours downtime will happen sometime in late March. We’ll provide the exact date and time of the March downtime once it’s been scheduled.

We just resolved the issue and Email is available again to all users. If you or your staff are still having trouble please reboot the computer, then if the issue persists contact us for support by phone (262-521-7370) or RingCentral messaging.
